If you have 3.5gal Fuelpax get this.
It took a like of buy and try to find the right extension for the 3.5 gal Fuelpax. They are very thick. I paired this with a 2.5gal Fuelpax and the 2 cans work great together. I had originally bought the regular RX-EXT and its waaaay too small to fit the width. I searched long and hard and found this one that is about a half inch wider.

Stacked 2 Fuelpax Containers with No Problems
Using the Rotopax RX-3EXT Extension, I was able to stack two of the largest Fuelpax containers, 3.5 gal, (Fuelpax is a thinner walled and cheaper version of Rotopax). While the extension says 3 gal, I contacted Rotopax and they stated it would work fine with the larger 3.5 gal Fuelpax container. The containers are mounted on the back of my Jeep Wrangler using a special Rotopax bracket that attaches to the hinge to keep the weight off the door. I was a little concerned that due to the width of the stack that it would not hold the weight hanging on it. But after attached the 2 containers, I took out the Jeep on some desert dirt roads, some of which were very rough with the 2 containers stacked and full of fuel. At the end of the day I could see no deflections or bends in the extension suggesting to me everything held up just great.I did discover that due to expansion of the Fuelpax, they can press strongly against the locking locking handle making it very difficult to twist off the handle. I almost had to use a wrench to break the handle free when I wanted to remove the containers.

Be careful about rust
Be sure to WD40 the threads if you don’t use frequently. They will rust in place if you don’t.

Product was not what was shown, it was missing pieces.
Did not come with the mounting hardware so it was unusable.

May be to large for other cans if you by chance have any and are looking at updating your system.
Was sort of bummed out when only the newer of 2 cans that I have fit the system. Other than that I love the setup and ease of use of their double stack. Feels quite a bit more solid than the last mount I used.

Worth it
Wish It came with the screw for the bottom but it’s still worth the money after a trip to Home Depo

Mods may be needed but great over all
This extension wont work well for two 1.75 gallon rotopax bottles you will have to cut the main locking wing nut at 3 quarters of an inch to get it to lock on tightly but other than that it works great
