I have chronic migraines, which manifest in my neck region, rather than my temples. I have been sleeping on down pillows for years, as they were much more comfortable than anything else, give my neck issues. They would always become very flat, however, after only one night of use, and I had to re-fluff them every time I made the bed. Stupid me, I assumed that 100% down would be "better" than 50% down / 50% feather. I was so wrong. We stay at a high-end hotel occasionally, throughout the year, and I was in love with their pillows. After a little research, I discovered they use the 50/50 down/feather pillows, so I went to see if I could find something similar on Amazon, which is how I found these. SO MUCH more comfortable than my all-down pillows. They give just the right amount of support. They will mold to your head, but not squish flat. I could go on and on. I have not needed to refluff them really at all. Just making the bed, and placing them where they go, is enough movement to get the feathers all fluffed again. These are pricey pillows, to be sure, but considering the relief they are giving my neck, it it definitely worth it. NOTE: I am a side and back sleeper. Mostly a back sleeper. If you sleep on your stomach, I wouldn't advise these. Probably a little too much loft for that.

I think these are very comfy, though I'd prefer them to be a tad "poofier" as it's just not enough under my neck for me...especially after sleeping on it all night. And I am mostly a side-sleeper and sometimes lay on my stomach and back. I wound up putting another thin pillow underneath and that seems to work well for me.

Great buy!!! I've had these pillows for about two weeks now waiting for the inevitable dissapointment of the "wafer effect" to kick in... It has not happened yet and I can't see it happening anytime soon... Very happy with this purchase!
