Worth every penny
I had purchased the cheapest chain breaking tool. It broke the first time I used it, and the link anvil was the wrong size. In short the cheap one is garbage. (When will I ever learn?) The good news is that the Pit Posse one, this one, is so good! It is solid and worked perfectly. I have a 1250 Suzuki and it has the big 530 chain. This tool worked perfectly on the 530 chain. I do recommend grinding off the rivet head first.

The revit tool to buy
This thing is perfect !Don't waist your money on a slightly cheaper one (like I did) because it won't last or even won't even work for the first time. This riveting device works perfectly, has 4 pins for sizeing, is sturdy and easy to use - and will last you for life more or less.If I'll ever need another one I'd buy it again without hesitation

Chain tool
Worked as described. This was my first time using one of these tools. The only issue I had was the rivet head seemed like it was to large for my chain and ended up almost breaking.

Best tool over any other revert and punch tool
Not sure why would I go higher price than this one or less. This is perfect and sturdy. Pins are strong if u can use them correctly. I did grind the pins before punch them out. Its solid and well build. Highly recommend this product over any others

Just used this for my DID 525ZVMX, works a treat!
Good tool for the money. Didn't have any of the mentioned manufacturers defects listed in other reviews. Yes, its made in china, yes its a little clunky, but it definitely gets the job done. Mine arrived in a shrink-wrapped plastic case (not returned and resold). I added some grease to the threads to help with the forces at play. overall i'm pleased with this tool, it will last a long time. don't spend the money for the name brand (RK, EK, DID, Motion pro, Etc..)tools. this one is just as good.

Great product!!!!
Ilike the protective case comes with it very easy to store and keep organized when needed. For the price it is deffinately worth it and is not cheap materials very strong. Iuse it for my 2001 Yamaha r6 to break my old 530 chain and sprockets to a driven performance 520 conversion kit and worked great. Also instructions were very easy to follow

Works just as well as more expensive kits
I needed to replace the chain on my motorcycle and did alot of research and price shopping. I was a skeptical because this kit was priced much lower than comparable kits but I thought if I can get it to work once, it would be worth it. It worked great (although having never used one, there was much YouTube and trail and error to get it to work). I did manage to lose the bearing as I was putting everything together, but it still worked without it. I later got a regular BB as a replacement and that should work. A few spare bearings and springs would have been nice to toss in the kit as these items can be easily lost.

Terrible machining
The internal threads in the alignment bolt (where the guide and rivet top thread into) are drilled and tapped at an angle/not concentric with the alignment bolt outer threads. This causes massive runout and misalignment which will cause issues with both breaking the chain and riveting the link pin. Root cause is poor machining by Pit Posse or whoever they subcontract this to. The attached pictures show how the machining defect causes the misalignment. I would have it replaced but this is a serious manufacturing and quality control defect that is repeated with entire production lots. I opt for a refund and bought the D.I.D KM500R. Japanese, will be flawless.
