Ah Goo Baby Bib, 100% Cotton Terry Cloth, Wrap Around Collar, Magnetic Closure, Audrey Pattern

I love the Ah Goo Baby bibs. They are cute, fashionable, and i especially love the magnetic closure. I don't worry about keeping a bib on my kid when we are driving a car because I know if she were to yank on it, or if it were to get caught on something, it would simply slip off her neck due to the fantastic magnetic closure. I have one of each pattern, you know, so that they can be matched with a variety of outfits. Not only are these bibs super fashionable, they are quite absorbent. I don't even really use burp cloths when I am with my infant in public anymore, I just use the bib instead.

I loved the concept of magnets in bibs and bought 11 of these.Pros:- great idea to use magnet closures (much better than velcro or snap closures)- beautiful patterns- absorbent terry in the frontCons:- The quality of the actual manufactured product is very poor. There are threads sticking out in some places.- Some places have been sewn severals times over, clearly because the first time around it wasn't right.- The logo label is crooked on several bibs.- Worst of all, in 2 of the bibs the magnets have been sewn in the wrong side up, which means that if I want them to snap, I have to twist the bib...I really appreciate the creative approach here but please, dear Ah Goo Baby, start working on your QA. This low level of quality is not acceptable, especially not for the price.

I really can't stand all the Velcro in baby items because it has a tendency to stick to everything you don't want it to, especially in the laundry, and cause runs/snags. I found a few bibs with snap closures, and they are OK, but nothing fantastic. I received this Ah Goo Baby bib as a gift and I love the magnet closure. Also, my 3 mo old has a thick neck and a lot of the baby bibs are pretty tight on him. This bib has a decent size neck opening that I can use it for a while. The terry cloth is also much thicker than other bibs I have and is therefore more absorbent for my drooly/messy son :) Am buying two more! Would buy even more if there were more fabric patterns that are either more "boy oriented" or gender neutral.

On style this bib hit the mark, but onfunctionality it was a disapointment. I wasexcited about the magnetic closure, but it wastoo easy to get off that my son would tear it off easily. Second, the closure around theneck was so large his drool would get on hisneck or collar of his onsie. Third, theabsorbancy of this bib was poor. The terrycloth portion was not thick enough. Notworth the price.

Having a magnet instead of buttons or velcro is a time saver for a toddler! They should add "magnetic" to the description to get more attention. I wish all my bibs were like this. I show all my parent freinds & they are sold on it.

Did not like it! Magnets did not work and it fell off

nice bib but there are cheaper ones that are just as good, and even better. I really like the koala baby bibs. the magnetic closure is nice, but the neck is small for larger babies.

Great bib and I got it on sale for only a few dollars. I can see babies ripping this off easily, but the plus side is that it doesn’t have Velcro to wear out and can’t “choke” the baby I’d they are yanking in it.

This is a beautiful and effective bib - looks great, absorbs liquid and messes well, and cleans nicely. The only reason I did not rate it five stars is the magnetic closure. While it seems like a great idea in theory (no velcro to stick to the rest of the laundry) in practice it is far too easy for my daughter to pull off, and during a messy meal this can make the difference between an outfit surviving unscathed or being covered in marinara sauce.
