I have no idea. The darts were of high quality. I returned them because my tournament play is exclusively plastic tip.

What is the overall length of the darts?

With the long "body" 6 inches and the short is 5.5 inches from tip to the feather. clearly I don't know dart terms.

Can i just put plastic tips in these to use on an electronic board?

No. Soft tip darts tend to be lighter weight as well

The darts came very nicely packaged. The darts themselves are very nice, well balanced and nicely weighted. Everything you recieve is of good quality. I have much more expensive darts than these, but are not as good quality wise.
