Well, I am not sure if it's me or the wine cork - but opening a bottle of wine seems a bit challenging these days. Not with this product. Easy to use, compact...and attractive! Uses the USB charger, so easy to keep charged. I also bought one for my friend - and her house caught on fire, and was able to replace it. What great customer service! Just like the old days....thanks for this good product.

This wine bottle opener is so easy to use. You just press the bottom of the switch and let go. It continues going into the cork and pulls it out. After it’s out, just press the top part and let it go and it will continue to release the cork. Very pretty and small. It doesn’t have to stay plugged in all the time either. Very cool device. I love the red color and lights.

This seems to be well built and so far has worked flawlessly. The only design change I would make is that the foil cutter should be integrated into a cap for the corkscrew access opening. A separate foil cutter is too easily misplaced.
