Like most tab books I own it dont take long to realise why I'm not a famous guitarist as I struggle along learning to play. Great list of songs to choose from, of course there are plenty of more great songs they could have added but you'll just have to wait and see if there are any more volumes to follow. If you love Rory's music youll love this book, Great musician missed by many.

Learn to play like the master!
A brilliant sequel to Vol 1. The tab is of high quality with very good layout. Like most tab books I own it dont take long to realise why I'm not a famous guitarist as I struggle along learning to play. Great list of songs to choose from, of course there are plenty of more great songs they could have added but you'll just have to wait and see if there are any more volumes to follow. If you love Rory's music youll love this book, Great musician missed by many.

The Essential Rory Gallagher, Volume 2
This is a must for a monographic study of this incredible Irish Bluesman. Until few years ago there were not transcription available of Rory work so this is very welcome.

nice book!great songs!very easy to read the tabs.great photos inside! for all Rory Gallaghers's fans and guitar players. maybe with few mistakes but a great guitar tab book

Zusammen mit dem ersten Teil "The Essential Rory Gallagher" eine schöne Sammlung an Highlight-Songs des Ausnahmegitarristen. Eine Bereicherung für Gitarristen, die sich an seinen charakteristischen Licks versuchen wollen. Leider ist auf dem Cover von Volume 2 ein Fehler zu verzeichnen. Dort ist als 9. von 12 Stücken der Titel "Overnight Bag" aufgelistet. Dieser Song ist aber im Buch leider nicht enthalten, sondern stattdessen "Lonesome Highway".
