Very nice Dutch Oven
Very nice multi-use Dutch oven that matches my other Anolon cookware. It's square, rather than round, which provides more cooking space. The sides are lower than a traditional stock part, and I really like that.

Easy to cook, easy to clean
I love this pot. I had bought a Dutch oven a couple of years ago. It just sits on my counter looking pretty. This Anolon pot is light compared to a Dutch oven and definitely cleans up much easier, yet serves the same purpose. It's very light weight.

Big Square Pan
This is the ultimate bacon-cooking pan. The pan is wide enough to take at least 5, possibly 6 pieces of thick sliced bacon flat on the bottom surface. No crowding, no overlapping.My stove has an extra-large pot element, and the pan heats evenly enough for bacon.The pan fits in the top rack of the dishwasher, and I machine wash it even though the instructions directly call for hand-wash only.I have had no issues with anything sticking to the inner surface of the pan, but the bottom of the pan is another issue entirely. The bottom is an unfinished aluminum, and it can be stained, if that is a worry to you. It is not a problem for me.I'd buy another, even with the relatively higher price.

This pan has fullfilled my expectation, based on its description.
I've been cooking almost daily with this pan since I received it a few months ago, and it looks and performs as well today as it did the first time I used it. I highly recommend it, plan to purchase more for gifts, other sizes for my own kitchen.

Unique shape covered pan
Nice large square covered pan. Used it to cook corned beef, and the 2 briskets stacked nicely and turned out beautifully. Be mindful that the pan is square, not rectangular. I didn't realize that the measurements included the handles.

Not induction friendly!
My fault - in UK Avalon’s Advanced Hard range is induction friendly but this colour is discontinued. So paid extra to import from US. Looks stunning - wonderful size. But does not work on induction hob so completely useless to me.In fairness, the description does not say it is induction friendly. Equally, it does not warn that it is not. I just assumed the same brand/model would be the same in US. So disappointed.
