I have never used a water flosser previously; however, it has been recommended by my dentist several times now. I did not want to spend much money on a water flosser, especially not knowing whether I would like it or not. I am incredibly impressed with my Pibidi Water Flosser! It works very well, and I have no complaints. I did not realize that it came with a travel bag, which is a bonus for me. The ratings and pressure of this water flosser are very much equivalent to the WaterPik; however, it does not have the outrageous cost. I am pretty picky about my products, and in many cases, less expensive does not mean the same quality as the higher-priced item. I highly recommend giving Pibidi water flosser a try, especially if you are on the fence, you won't regret it.There is a challenge in holding the unit properly and turning it to get all aspects of the front and back of teeth; however, this is probably more of a user issue. I can not comment on the batter life as I have only had the unit for 3 days.

I recently purchase the pibidi Water Flosser Professional Cordless Dental Oral Irrigator. I am a first time water flosser and I am very pleased with my choice. It is just the right size for my hand and is easy to move around in my mouth to get all the areas of my teeth. It has 3 settings which I like so I can increase the intensity as my teeth and gums become used to the water flossing jet. The water chamber has an easy fill spout but I prefer to fill the water chamber at the top opening where it connects to the main part of the device. I personally like to keep the water chamber and the top part of the unit separate and let the water chamber air dry between uses. I've only been using this pibidi water flosser a couple of weeks but I love the way my teeth and gums feel after I use it, just like I came out of my hygienist's chair. This particular model comes with a travel pouch and a small plastic carrying case for 2 tips. I'm really pleased with my purchase. I hope you enjoy yours too.

Got this to replace an older Panasonic Irrigator that was really hard to clean and was basically finished. This is a solid piece of machinery, really well packaged . . .right from the unpacking it felt as if they really paid attention to details. Assembly was obvious and solid, no tank leaks or anything, and filling/cleaning look like it'll be easy. The clear tank is great and the ease of use if fine.Here are the TINY issues that stop me from giving it 5 stars.- There's soft, hard, and pulse modes but there really should be a medium mode. The soft is REALLY soft and the hard will probably be ok when you build up to it. The pulse is basically on/off with the hard mode.- This comes with 4 jet tips but with a storage case that only fits 2 tips. Assuming one is on the irrigator, that leaves one you have to put in a plastic bag or something like that. (Tiny issue but there it is. Also, since they make different types of tips for the flosser, it would have been nice to include a couple different ones . . . not a big deal.)- The body is a little larger than other "portable" ones I've used and, though comfortable in the hand, depending on how you aim it, it seems that I hit the mode/off switch every once in a while . . . not a design flaw, so to speak, just something I noticed the first few times.Anyway, like I said, minor issues. Other than not having a medium setting, it's a great irrigator.

Product came on time and was packed well.The product is very light and convenient to travel with, it comes with 4 different heads for squirting water and small bag for traveling which won't be taking up much of the space in your luggage/ or in your bathroom.I have used a Waterpik in the past but end up replacing them every other year so I decided to try this one. I prefer pibidi over the Waterpik.It has all the power the Waterpik does. I like that the on and off switch and level control are on the front for you to easily see. It also cost less than the Waterpik. It has an updated future of a USB cord to charge it, so it is a lot better than buying new batteries all the time! The water tank is removable so it's easy to fill and clean. It also has a small opening on the side so it also can be filled without removing the tank.The customer service was fantastic. I sent my order# to their customer service email, they gave me anohter 12-month warranty for free.

I bought one, it lasted for a year and a half before the battery went out. I really like the way it works! The second one lasted 6 months and the battery went. I emailed the manufacturer asking for help, as the brochure states a 1 year warranty (and they will extend the warranty another year if you send them your email) and they have not replied yet - it's been 5 days now. Too bad, I liked the first one just fine but now I have to find another brand...

I purchased a water flosser on advice from my dentist. After reading reviews on several brands, I chose the Pibidi. I've used it twice and have been pleased so far. There is a tremendous amount of force even from the soft setting. My dentist informed me that it probably would be slightly painful until my gums gets toughened to using it. I expect a couple weeks. There are a couple spots on my gums that feel tender, but for the most part it is acceptable. Even after brushing there was food debris flowing into the sink. Never realized there was that much gunk left behind. Thinking I will try it while in the shower next time. Also going to mix in a little mouthwash for an extra clean mouth.The Pibidi Water Flosser seems like it will do as promised. I would purchase again. Customer service has been very nice. They do want their customers to be happy and satisfied with their product.
