I was little leery at first buying a non-lenovo battery as I have heard to always go with authentic ones, but for only $40 for a 48wh. If all good that is half as cheap and twice as strong as the 80$ 24wh Lenovo batteries. I had to give it a shot.I bought this for my recently acquired t460. I used the t460 strictly for writing programming and surfing the internet. I have more powerful laptops but I wanted to experiment with the bridge battery system because I hear with extended batteries give you legendary battery life.I run Linux and first thing I did was inspect the integrity of the battery with sudo tlp-stat.The battery is made my SANYO.. Thats a household name! Also it has a 99% capacity ( and it better have that as it's a new battery.)Now for the good stuff. This 48wh battery absolutely adds 7-8 hours of battery runtime. My internal 24wh battery still has around 70 % charge left so I get around 11- 12 hours.I always scoffed when Lenovo would claim on their websites astronomical battery life numbers, but with this little thing that is actually a reality! Sweet!I love it and for $40 I'd rather buy two of these then the $80 to get a 24 watt hour "genuine" Lenovo battery. Moreover there is a 72wh hour battery too which I've heard you get 15 16 hours and I believe it.All in all this battery kicks ass. I only had a few cycles on it. So time can only tell the long term integrity of this brand.I can coservatively say this will give you 6-8 hours. And for those of you have shitty internal 24wh batteries in your thinkpad. You should still get no less than 8 hours in a moderate setting use case.

75% charge is now good for less than an hour of use.It was the right size and my laptop accepted the battery (can be a problem with Lenovo), but the battery life was not stellar when it arrived and quickly dropped off. At this point, I think the battery life was better on the original 5+ year old Lenovo battery when I replaced it with this.Regrettable purchase.

EDIT: the seller replaced the faulty battery and all works now!Thank you thinkerpal 5 start service and product!i have purchased this battery on August 27, 2019.Unfortunately, as per last week i get a warning stating that the battery is not a genuine part from lenovo. thus the laptop no longer charge this battery, thus making the battery unusable since it cant be charged.

Battery fit my T440 with no issues. Only thing worth noting is it is the larger battery that does not sit flush with the bottom. The upside is that the fan is able to draw more air so no complaints out of me!

So far, this replacement is holding up well. The only difference from the original battery is that it is thicker, and tilts my computer up towards me. This is good for the keyboard, but should be considered if you put your computer it a tight bag.

The battery housing itself has two tabs on the top that act as a female plug with two male plugs on the laptop case just for extra mounting. However one top tab on the battery had too small of a hole to fully connect to the computer. Took me 15 minutes to realize and modify the casing. However now everything is fine. Definitely discharges faster than a normal Lenovo battery however it’s not anything to complain about especially if you factor the price. All in all would just spend the extra money for a real lenovo battery next time.

Great battery life so far and it was manufactured in the last couple months. Lenovo's Software seems happy with testing it and reading the status.Using it on my Lenovo T450s with Windows 10 ProI'm seeing around 6+ hours of battery life depending on what I'm doing.

When I first installed the battery in my T440s I received a warning message that the battery was not made for Lenovo products. Still, I was able to start up the computer and run without the AC adapter. With the old battery, I needed the AC adapter plugged in all the time.The specs look good when I looked at my battery report.Update: I suspect this battery has rendered my AC adapter useless. It overheated the adapter when it was plugged in, and now it does not work with my old battery. Very upset since I rely on this computer for my school work.
