Nishiki Premium 7 Grains Mix, 2 Pound

This is my favorite rice to mix with jasmine rice in the rice cooker. It's nutty, flavorful, and it has amazing texture that is so good with eggs in the morning. It has so much more nutrients than just regular white rice and the flavor is super pleasant. I've bought quite a few bags and it's by far my favorite mixed rice. The only noticeable difference texture-wise in this to just plain rice is the bits of quinoa in it but it's super yummy.

The rice has delicious flavor, makes great , healthy meal. The price is a little higher than regular rice.

I couldn't find the brand of rice and grain mix I used to buy and decided to try this. My family loves it with fish, kebabs, chicken, in stuffed peppers with veggies, etc. Sometimes I add a little brown rice, sometimes broth and spices. It's really good!

I followed the bag directions as written. The flavor of the cooked rice had a good texture and a pleasantly nutty taste. However, the cooked rice took on a pink, purplish tone, as some other reviews have noted. Family members found the rice unappealing due to its appearance.
