Tastes good and blends completely in cereals and smoothies. High quality and the best price. Only criticism is that the huge container it comes in is deceiving. When you open it, the lecithin only fills about two thirds of it, with a lot of empty space at the top. And a smaller container would take up less space in the cabinet. But because of the quality and price, I will continue to buy this brand.

I bought this to make my own Liposomal Vitamin C &it worked great! (Had it not been for the taste)Soy is just not my thing, I've drank Soy milk & stuffbefore but this is really strong. I had a hard time getting it down.The granules are real granules & not powder(unlike some other brands), so if this is what you'relooking for, it's legit. Great quality & good size.

This product tastes great. The nutrition information is greater than another we had been using. I like that the top lid screws on for freshness.
