Corelle Bamboo Leaf Square Round 8-3/4-Inch Luncheon Plate

The Correlle set I have is several years old. Many times I have wished to have more of the small plates. I would look at the Correlle singles whenever I went to the department store hoping to find them. It suddenly occurred to me to look on Amazon. There they were.When I read a review that was critical of the quality of these plates I was a bit worried. I ordered anyway because I trust Correlle and Amazon.The plates arrived. I'm not sure what the other person received but these are an exact match to those in my set and have already been through the dishwasher. The set I have has been well used and through the dishwasher many many times. There are no scratches to the pattern and no other problems. I'm really happy with them.

I admit it, I am hooked on Corelle. Just wish I had a whole pantry to devote to dinnerware storage. This is my first square shape pattern and I am in love. They fit in the cupboard and the dishwasher with ease. It is also a great advantage that they correlate with my other white pieces, even those accented with a green stripe. I even used them for a dinner party and got many lovely compliments on their design. It's difficult to break one, but if you do, you can easily find a replacement at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Come on. It's Corelle! Stays new-looking for a very long time.

This pattern is not the Corelle's best. When it arrived, it looked like a cheap screenprint, with a strange texture. Part of the leaf was already scratched off. I gave it two stars because the base material of the plate is good.
