Accurate DPD chlorine testing tablets
Have tested these against a known concentration and they are accurate. Use with a pool tester to observe the concentration against colour charts.

DPD tablets for hot tub

No Chlorine
Used these Palintest DPD tablets for years and always been ideal. Never had a major problem with Chlorine levels with the odd adjustment needed to keep it at "Ideal" Was running out of tablets so ordered new batch and zero chlorine in the pool and you take it that its been used a lot and it been raining for days. Increased the dosage and after a few days retested. Same result zero chlorine. Increased the dosage again so 50% greater level and retested. Same result zero chlorine. Thinking this can not be right........... so took a sample to local swimming pool shop and guess what its very high. Tablets do not detect chlorine at all. Waste of money.
