Good for Less than a Year
Wore this necklace all day and night every day including while bathing. Only took it off to shave. It lasted great for about 8 months and then the magnets slowly started falling out of the necklace and a month later the chain link broke.As for therapeutic value, I believe the magnets helped reduce the frequency and intensity of my almost daily migraines (and going to a chiropractor also helped me). And, I believe wearing this necklace may have also increased my energy level slightly. Overall, I believe I felt a little bit better while wearing this.As for the necklace itself, the stainless chain is resilient and barely tarnished over this time; however, it is a bit weighty. You'll get used to it, but if you take it off and put it back on, you'll definitely notice the weight.

Doesn’t tarnish.
I haven’t worn it long enough to rate pain improvement, but I do feel some improvement. It looks great. I will continue to wear it, full time I even sleep with it on.

Well.... I wanted to love it.
I did like the design unfortunately it was too small and you cannot return this item so I was VERY disappointed to say the least. Be sure it's what you want because NO RETURNS.
