I've now bought two orders of these, for a total of 24, which by itself is an indication of how much I like them. I use them for spices, because they stack very nicely (I put my own labels on the sides) and they protect the spices from light. I haven't tested them to determine officially if they are airtight, but they certainly have a good seal. A very convenient size. Unlike other dedicated spice containers, they don't have holes on the top or sides to shake the spices out of, which seems like a dumb (though popular) idea to me. With spices I use a measuring spoon or take a pinch, both of which are easier to do with the wide mouth.These would be great for storing small amounts of any number of items, I'm sure.If there's a downside, it would be that the lids can sometimes require a little extra care to screw on evenly. That's probably because the aluminum is thin. But it's not a big deal.I'll probably order some more.

Large, very well made cans. I love these for storing things like homemade balms and such. Typically I dont like to use aluminum for topicals because of the leeching factor, but glass is dangerous around kids. These are def worth the price.

These were a tiny bit lightweight for my taste, but the reason for 3 stars is because they holding 4oz, not 5. I really wanted 6oz tins but settled for 5oz after not finding 6. There are tons of 4oz tin options! I am making candles with these, so the first thing I do when receiving containers is see how many oz water they hold. These failed the test! The whole point was to make bigger candles. I should have just gone for 8 oz. but this is really annoying because it’s not the right info.

These work great for most if my 10 cup "sample" loose leaf teas so I can keep them in a drawer.

I purchased these to ship sugar coated pecans to my friends. I should have ordered the larger tin cans, but they served there purpose.

Thinner than I would have liked. One arrived with a dent. But I was out of time for my project so I made them work.
