Great Professional Looking Shrinks for Your Homemade Wine
I use these on all of my homemade wine. It really gives a professional look to your bottles. I make nice labels and use milk to stick them to the bottles. The finishing touch is these cool shrink on tops. You need a heat gun - a hair dryer won't get hot enough. I have never tried the boiling water method. Just fire up a heat gun (you can get one for $20) and pull on the sleeve to hold it tight to the top of the bottle. As soon as it starts to shrink (and your hand starts to burn) finish up by blowing the hot air on the top of the bottle and rotating the bottle with the other hand. It's easy. Makes it look professional. Cool. This is the third pack I'm buying.

Very EAsy
Since this was my first time using shrink capsules, I was slightly hesitant they would really work as advertised. But, to my surprise...they were very easy to apply to my wine bottles. I tried applying the shrink capsule with a hair dryer on ONE bottle and I did not like the results. I used the boiling water method. It was EASY BREEZY! Beautiful results! My bottles look so professional!

Amazing Product!
Super easy to use. Open wine. Pour out/drink contents. Rinse bottle and cork. Pour your desired beverage into the bottle. Reinsert cork promptly (important! As the cork will expand over time and it will be near impossible to reinsert the cork) Immerse the tip of the wine bottle for 3 seconds into a pot of water (just beginning to come to a boil) and voila!

The served their purpose.
These are a bit finicky to work with but with some practice do what they are intended to do. I needed to re-seal some wine bottles and they did the trick. In a production setting, knowing the size of the bottle, it would be easy to fit them all the same. I didn't have that luxury as I was using various bottles for my purpose. I did get them to work. I used a torch because I didn't have a heat gun. Be aware they will melt.Once past the learning curve, I got my bottles sealed and they looked factory fresh.

No hairdryer/heat tool needed!!
I watched a YouTube video that helped me seal the bottle like a professional!! No hairdryer or heat tool needed!! Bring pot of water to a rolling boil, the turn off heat. Have bottle corked & put foil over top of bottle. Hold bottle with both hands, holding foil on with one finger. Bring to steam and as the foil starts to cling to the bottle, start twisting/rotating bottle as you're slowly inserting it into the water. This process goes very quickly. Continue twising top of bottle w/foil for 10-15 seconds in the hot water and your bottle will look professionally sealed. I put vodka in a wine bottle for my friend to take on a cruise and it look just like a bottle of wine off the shelf & passed the inspection. 😅 Cheers!! 🍾

Looks legit!
Some of the caps arrived damaged and were not usable, maybe about 10-15 were unusable. The ones that came undamaged worked perfectly. I boiled a pot of water and just dipped the wine bottles with the capsules and they came out looking amazing.Even did a test with a few of my friends and they couldn’t tell which bottles were re-corked or where in the original packaging.
