I was introduced to these in Portugal. Had a tickle cough and a stranger offered one while at a resort and gave us directions to the pharmacy to get more. Found them on amazon when we got home.

I found out about Streptosils while I was travelling abroad in Sydney and again in Portugal. I didn't realize I could buy them in In US. I find them to be very soothing.
