ULTRA_ULTRA Sharp!
The sharpest knife I have ever used, and I'm an ex butcher! I know it's a bread knife, but I've just sliced through a lemon with no effort at all,- I was amazed,- hence this review. Guaranteed for 15 years, and doesn't ever need sharpening, provided that you slice on a wooden or plastic board. An excellent price and it came the following day. I can see me going back to unsliced bread, - just for the pleasure of using this cracking (cutting) knife!It must be the best thing since sliced bread!
