A great way to start a colon detox, before/after holiday. Removes the bloat, helps regulate and tastes great. Just make sure you drink plenty of water as recommended

I have colitis and was told this would be OK. Well it made my symptoms worse and I became so so constipated it took days and days to sort myself out, the pain the agony. Avoid these at all costs please
