I bought this table for my townhouse, because I already had bar height chairs for my breakfast bar. It is pertect. Exactly as pictured, and very sturdy. It is just fine for four people to dine at even though it is a little narrow.After reading the other reviews, we knew there were no pre drilled holes, but that was not a problem. It was easy to assemble. The wood is on the soft side, so my husband was able to use a nail set to make guide holes for the screws. I am using furniture polish on the top to give it some protection. The table top does have a “rustic” look with grooves and knots visible, so that might not be for everyone. This was an excellent value for the price!

The size is just right, assembly was simple, but the table doesn't come with screws to attach the legs to the top. The table looks like it had been dropped a couple times with left some dings and dents. Otherwise, great table.

This is a great product for the money. It's taller by half an inch than the listed measurements - just heads up. Perfect for a small space; you can see that I have this table in between our fireplace and the sofa because the shape of our living room is kind of tricky. The wood is not the best quality, okay, but I think it's a great quality for the price and it's sturdy as well so you don't have to be overly mindful of how you set down your glass, etc. It's got this nice rustic-industrial vibe. As regards assembly.... so, the pieces are all very straightforward to put together, like, you don't really need a manual\guide. However, one thing I had to figure out on my own is that the T's for the stretcher won't tighten all the way because if you do, they won't face the correct direction. You need two people, ideally, to put this together because the threading on the stretcher tightens in opposite directions. It would be cool if the seller found a manufacturer that would make a custom-threaded stretcher that could screw into both pieces at once. Pre-drilling is always a best practice but it's not exactly necessary since the wood is so soft (I did pre-drill ours though). Getting the measurements to be equal between the two sides of the table when connecting to the tabletop also took patience, measuring, leveling, marking - just to give you a heads up so you can manage your expectations. Other than that, it's a wonderful table, we're suuuuper happy with it. We'd been looking for a table for our funky little space for like six months and this definitely filled a need for us. Packaging and shipping were outstanding. Recommend this 100%. It was very gratifying to be able to invite family over for a meal that didn't involve us sitting on the couch eating off of tv trays.

Table was lightly scratched on top and gouged on the corner. Box was ripped on on the side when delivered. But it's a pretty stout table.

I finally decided to redecorate my closet/guest bedroom and create an office space, now that I'm continuing to work at home for an extended period of time. I wanted something standing height (I'm 5'3) with fast shipping, which was tough to find. I had a list of 5 and this was the most expensive, but the tallest one of the bunch, so I ordered it Sept 20 and it arrived on Sept 22. It was SUPER simple to put together, but you do need a screw gun to attach the solid wood table to the legs. It is on the heavy side, so I recommend having someone with you to put it together. It is a super nice quality desk at an excellent price! I highly recommend it!

You hurt my business today by providing me with a product that is unworkable without considerable effort on my part--(1) THERE ARE NO DIRECTIONS! (2) An the small sheet you provided says assembling it is "like playing Lego". NO IT IS NOTHING LIKE LEGO! Nothing fits anything. (3) There are no screws or fasteners to attach the metal pipes to the table top.(4) There are no pre-drilled holes in the table top, so I would need to first buy screws, get a drill and then accurately drill 16-20 holes in the table top. It would be almost as easy for me to go to Home Depot and start from scratch than to take all of these steps. I was on a tight timeline and have been distracted by this. It has caused me to move my entire work schedule and I will not be able to serve my clients on time. I advise you to look for a store called IKEA and learn how easy it would have been for you to actually drill the holes and provide the screws. RIDICULOUS!

You have to drill the holes yourself. The table went together sturdy however. It’s a great height, the best pub table height I could find. I think I will get a second one. One problem, there are grooves on the top that will make cleaning it hard. It will need a tablw cloth or something.

The height is great (over 41 inches). I would have given the table 5 stars, if the holes for the leg plates attaching the legs to the table were pre-drilled. I measured 5/8" from the end of the table and 1/2" from the long side in each corner.
