When I was diagnosed with lichens sclerosus it was devastating. Large patches of sensitive skin were rough, dry and cracking. The RX steroidal cream didn't help to soothe the itchy flare up. Enter emu the relief of emu oil. Used in combination with the prescription it helped ease the inflammation and stop the itch. Made of natural ingredients, it is safe and effective. Better quality than I could find in any traditional drug store, which only had spray & cream formulas mixed with irritating ingredient's.

In the past year I've been having flare-ups of cystic acne when I eat processed or fried foods like pizza, french fries, or baked goods. Often times it takes well over a month to heal and I've tried multiple home remedies like lime juice, icing, toothpaste, and plenty of other things that didn't work.I've had a particularly bad one for 40 days and counting and tried tea tree oil which did not really work. Finally got my hands after reading a great PDF guide about emu oil by Emu Bliss and put the order in. Since the order is sent from the Amazon warehouse, it arrived super fast. The product comes with a dripper so that you don't have to waste any portions.Don't expect to have a huge amount of oil you can apply everywhere because the bottle is only 2.4 oz. To give you some perspective, the bottle is around the same height as a credit or ATM card. I used a q-tip and rubbed about 3-4 drops of emu oil before going to sleep and by the time I woke up the pimple was around half the size (original was size of my thumbnail). Amazing how great it works, being much more transdermal than something like tea tree oil.If you have been struggling with cystic acne and have been wanting to get rid of that eye sore when you go out you should definitely get a bottle. Having the occasional flare up here and there since 18 (and now in my early 30s) - this is the best and natural remedy I've seen so far.

Let me say that this is a high quality product. I have no negatives to say about Emu Joy itself. I am getting chemo burns on my hands and feet. They are very painful. This oil does soothe my burns, but does not stop the burning feeling completely. I will continue to use this oil.The other thing that I want to add is that the bottle comes with a pump cap. You cannot deliver a half pump, so you get a full pump (although it is small). I would like it much better with a glass eye dropper type delivery. I could then put it exactly where I want it, without having to spread it across my sore burns, and I could deliver a smaller amount.I will buy this again. It is a wonderful oil. I just wanted to be honest about using it for chemo burns.

Nice fragrance easy to apply soaks in very well

I had got my forward helix pierced in September of 2024. A month later a bumped formed. I went to a dermatologist and she thought it was infection, so I used antibiotic ointment and that didn’t work. I went back to her in December and she injected it with Kenalog thinking it was a keloid, well that didn’t work. I went to a piercer and she kept telling me about emu oil. I was skeptical. I bought this product 5 weeks after getting it injected and the bump is now completely gone. The bump has been gone but I forgot to leave a review.

Too oily.. couldn't tell there was essential oils added. Lichen sclerosis we'll see

I recently had my knee replaced and was really concerned about the scar I would have on my leg. I ask the surgeon and pt people, all recommended vitamin E oil.
