Great for that minor seepage or trickle/squirt.
Exception use. Not noticeable through trousers or jeans. Made to prevent seepage/trickle and also to catch any trace that gets by. Only minor issue is, depending on the girth of the appendage, long term (hours) wearing may get uncomfortable from a binding feel.

Warning - closure is TIGHT!
Ordered for elderly gentleman that had a full day of travel ahead so there would be no need for a mad rush to the R/R - could make it there successfully, but this was a "just in case" for any seeping. Unfortunately, the closure to attach is unforgiving, so it could not be used successfully.

I tried them.
I found these to be a bit uncomfortable, for me anyway. It works but it also pinches,me. It's all up to you.

Only tried once so far so I may not have the hang of it but it was hard to keep plastic open in order to put on. also pinched quite a bit.
