Absolutely one of the best pillows out there.As a side-sleeper, I have always struggled to find a comfortable pillow. I tried goofy "ergonomic" pillows with dips, holes in the middle, etc... Turns out I just needed a pillow that simply offered consistent support regardless of how I was laying.This pillow is so comfortable I legitimately bring it EVERYWHERE with me. Hotel? Air BnB? Crashing with family? Yup, I am bringing the MY pillow!I would also like to add that I am so so glad they still make this product! I was very worried I would have to go back to the search after my old pillow ripped and was no longer usable. SIX YEARS later, the exact some pillow exists. Please never stop this wonderful product!

I don’t think I have the words to describe how much you need this pillow. I have a plethora of spine, hip, and nerve issues; one night using this pillow has alleviated 90% of the pain I’ve had with waking up after using any other pillow. It’s adjustable, but the full amount of filling is perfectly firm and really gives the best support I’ve ever experienced. There was no smell that I could tell. It’s the perfect size, high quality, and while I haven’t had to wash it yet, the instructions are clear and I trust the pillow will wash well and still be useable.You will not regret this investment. It’s worth every single penny.

I've tried many of these shredded foam pillows, many pillows in general actually. I know it is really difficult when buying online to try and determine what to expect, even with all the reviews etc. I've been on the hunt for the right pillow for ages.Right off, this pillow is definitely on the firmer side. It offers more support than many I've tried. I believe due in part to the fact that the case that holds the foam filling is also foam, which adds a layer of support lacking in many of the others. I am primarily a side sleeper, who sometimes sleeps on my back. Finding the right support has been an issue. This pillow is squishy, but not to the point that you sink all the way into it and are left with nothing much in between. It is moldable, but also firm feeling at the same time. When I lay on it, my head sinks in a bit, but it then holds that support, if that makes sense. Others I've tried just allow your head to sink in too much, or don't give much at all. It also seems to me that the filling doesn't shift around as much as others, which would also leave you lacking support.The filling seems to be good quality and clean, meaning no weird, discolored, or hard pieces mixed in. The outer case is nice and soft. There isn't a strong odor upon unpackaging the pillow. Obviously you'd want to wash the case, and I threw the pillow in the dryer for 20 mins. Possible down side, there isn't really anything cooling about this pillow for hot sleepers.So, I would say, particularly for side sleepers, if you are looking for an adjustable and supportive pillow, then this might be it. I would definitely recommend giving this a try. However, if you like a soft and squishy pillow then this is probably not for you.

This just may be a genius pillow. I’ve had severe neck issues most of my life. As I’ve aged, they’ve gotten worse. My biggest challenge is finding the right position to sleep at night so I’m not moving my neck. I need specific support. I opened this pillow and arranged the foam fillers to exactly fit my correct positioning of my head and neck so I don’t move it around at night. This pillow holds that shape for a perfect position for my neck! I’ve tried many pillows, but none of them were customized to fit my neck and head shape. Now I have one that does! This will cut down medical costs like crazy! It has no smell. The filling is real foam and is firm. I adjusted the filling several times to get the perfect fit! I highly recommend this pillow for people with neck issues! I’ve paid more for pillows that just didn’t work.

I already had one of these pillows. I love it. They are so easy to adjust to the comfort level you want. I just had to get another one.

The pillow is okay. I hated it at first. It is adjustable but that’s only if you want less filling. I need more filling in mine but I can’t find where they sell it or even if they do sell it.

Love this pillow. So soft and it’s zipped. Makes it easy to adjust the thickness just by removing some of the foam. Perfect!

The pillows arrived so overstuffed with shredded foam pieces that it was like sleeping on a day old loaf of sour dough bread. Yes, I could take the time to unzip everything and take out unneeded stuff. (As this ability to customize was an added bonus!) In fact, I took the time to do this to one of the two pillows I purchased. The result was a lumpy and uneven pillow. I could try to return this awkward bundle of pillows. But I wonder if it is worth my time and energy. Find another “luxury” pillow to buy. Cost $50 each. Ouch!
