I usually combine this with Phosphatidylserine. And I must say this stuff is great, there are days when it doesn't seem to help as much as I'd like. Which makes me think it has to be during a certain mental phase or when your body is low on certain resources. So you definitely want to make sure you take this at the right time, not so much a scheduled time but more based upon what you are feeling and are mentally going through around that time. So once you build up some good muscle memory on timing it. This product is fantastic, it's like getting an actual mental energy boost. And what I mean by that is, I don't feel like it boosts your brains "potential" output, so it won't make you smarter. But simply speaking, as time goes on throughout the day we get mentally tired, or if you are doing more mental stuff than usual or are getting stressed, you often feel extremely mentally drained afterwards. ( I know I do) This simply helps you re-gain that mental energy you lost throughout the day. So this is fantastic for anyone that works longer shifts, or has a lot of things going on after work that you need to be mentally there for. I’m pregnant and had to up my choline since most prenatals don’t have enough. I’ve been using Solar supplements for the past 12 years so I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing it. I just trust them.Well, it turns out it works great not only for baby’s brain development but mommy’s too! My brain has more clarity and I am more motivated to get things done despite being pregnant and working 6 days a week.They say it works on the long run but last week I was extremely busy and forgot to take it for 3-4 days. I felt like my brain wasn’t working by the end of the day!I don’t suggest taking it before bedtime since I think that’s what kept me up all night one time I did.Beware, pills are huge! I’ve never had trouble swallowing pills and I don’t have any problem with these but I see how some people could.No flavor/aftertaste!

This is taken partially as a precursor of Acetylcholine which has many benefits to nutrition and health . This helps on that regard . No off taste factors or smell . Good value for the money.

That they are not reliable//// The product arrived spoiled after waiting 2 weeks. They should understand that the gel capsules are need to be sent in some cold ice to keep the capsules from become spoiled

This doesnt upset my stomach and I have a sensitive digestive system. I take it at lunchtime with a meal and only every three days bc I take different supplements on different days and dont want to go crazy with too many pills each day. The pills are pretty big, but go down easy with a drink. I dont burp up anything after I take this and the pill itself doesnt have an odor nor does my breath after taking it. Im not sure if it works I only know I have ADD since childhood and I think slower like my mind works slower more concentrated when I take this...not sure if thats what it is to do, but Ive heard this formula is a good one to take so no harm in taking.

Maybe too soon to know if it's helping but a good source of choline for acetylcholine to improve memory!

Good product, but I've ordered this product 16 times over the past several years, and every single bottle has contained leaked product (no ruptured capsules visible), leaving gooey residue on each softgel. None of my other softgel supplements have done this. Why only Solgar Phosphatidyl Choline? Will try another brand.
