An important Yoga Tool. I use it primarily for either, Vaprita Karani (Feet Up the Wall Pose) and Supta Badakonasana (Bound Angle Relaxation Pose). Very Firm, and the 'size', is just right for me. A good price, too.

It is not as firm as I needed. I did not return it for exchange becaus it costs an arm and a leg to do that. It would be more practical to buy another bolster, the kind I need. But I do not have a use for 2 bolsters.

If you have used a quality bolster in a yoga class, you will immediately know that this one is of much different substance and inferior quality. The material it is overstuffed with a a strangely resilient material such that it responds to pressure like an over inflated balloon. A bolster should have some receptive, conforming give to it rather than pushing back. Instead, this one has the feel of an inflatable bounce toy or boat bumper in a slippery nylon pillow case. This unfortunate cover / stuffing combo requires a bit of a balancing act to stay on it if you recline on it length wise. I should have realized that a humanly comfortable bolster will be more than double the price of this one.. Expensive to ship back -- UPS wants $22. The cheap materials explains how they can sell it cheap with shipping included.

zipper broke in first week....... not high quality. Prefer all cotton real yoga props and this was thin inferior fabric

I like it, but it's a bit boxier than I had imagined. Maybe the more I use it, it will break in & soften up. Otherwise quite sturdy.

This is a great bolster, it has a soft satin like finish and is also soft an comfy. It arrived in a sealed plastic bag like bedding. I bought a round bolster at the same time and prefer this one for certain postures since it is noticeably softer and promotes relaxation. It is not 'small' as other reviewers seem to have indicated. I have not unzipped the cover to wash but it does have a zipper for that purpose.

This item is great if you have a bookcase headboard and also like to read in bed. It solves the problem nicely - Pillows alone won't do the trick but this item has enough body to stand up to the book case headboard and provide enough support to read while sitting up in bed. Good price for value ratio, also

Eh, it's decent but not what I was expecting. The cover is NOT cotton. It's polyester. And it's not stuffed as firmly as some bolsters, so isn't as supportive as I was hoping for. Overall, it's in the "it's okay but I wouldn't buy it again" category.
