They will take the skin off your hand and one frame hit will explode a powdered steel frame. Don't mess up.Good for 300-500 3/8 steel pull back depending. If I butterfly more like 200 3/8 as to be expected. Flicks rocks pretty decent as well. I've been sending 3/8 bearings through sheet metal with these bands.

I ordered the 0.5mm to shoot clay ammo. There is nothing wrong with the bands but, in my opinion, they're still to strong due to the light weight of the ammo

Pouches are tied on very sloppy. Not set to any real orientation as far as OTT or TTF and are in different positions on each side of the pouch. At 400% elongation, the pouch came loose in the first pull. For a beginner, this would be a turn off to the sport in general. As an advanced shooter, this is just funny and sad at the same time. Don’t waste your money.

First of all, the bands are NOT tied wrong as some other reviewer said - they are tied for OTT configuration, not TTF. I shoot a light band ISCOR 10m target setup with 11/32" steel and the 0.45mm is my go-to. Get 300+ shots out of a set & they work fantastic when cut to length. I've bought probably 7 or 8 boxes of these bands from this dealer, they just work great for my setup.

Great for 1/4 inch ammo but nothing else
