I was just like you, looking for a decent set of earbuds with microphone headphones (or multiple sets) at a reasonable price with good to great reviews. I promise that you have found what you are looking for! I wanted something that was inexpensive enough so that I could place a set in my gym bag, one in the truck, and one at work. I started with a pair of Skull Candy Ink'd ear buds and while I was happy with them, I wanted to see if there was a set of buds that could process the lows, mids, and highs better. After using these, I am amazed at how nice they sound and have found myself asking if they could really sound this good and at this good of a price? I will admit that I wasn't sure how much I would like the ergonomic fit but, for my ears at least, I didn't find that they felt any different but they do seem to stay in my ear better when I inadvertently tug on the cord during a run/workout. At this price you almost have to try them and I am sure that you will not be disappointed!

Owned apple earbuds with microphone for a week. Don't seem very durable with thin cords, but have held up under stress. Seem to shine on rock (modest mouse sounded pretty good). Can have some annoying distortion under stress (jazz for example). Thought they were weak for hip hop, then I turned on a Stones Throw hip-hop podcast and they are Solid. Clean bass and balance. Most key, GREAT fit, GREAT sound isolation and they stay in your ears (good gym headphones..I tested them running). For the next to nothing price, you just CAN NOT do better. Still won't beat out your $40 and over buds, but will compete with anything under $30 and crush anything under $20. Not perfect, but have to get 5 stars because this Apple headphones only cost 10 freakin bucks!

I have been using iPhone earbuds with microphone headphones for a few years and I knew I could do better, but I didn't realize how much better these low priced earphones could be. Of course, an in-ear earphone should be better, but wow! These are way better. Not perfect; the bass sounds a bit muddy and the high end sounds a bit muffled, but these problems are only an issue compared to high-end speakers. They also do a good job of filtering outside noise; not so good if someone is trying to talk to you, but good if you only want to hear the music. It's hard to imagine that you could find better earphones for less than 10 times the price. Four stars for the sound quality (compared to live sound), but 5 stars when you factor in the price.

I worked with these earbuds with microphone nightly at Home Depot. They've put up with my carrying boxes and getting ripped out of my ears and unplugged and thrown to a concrete floor. My youngest son has even put them in his mouth and slobbered all over the earpiece and somehow, they still work. I refuse to buy any other earbuds with microphone anymore. Just make sure you break them in for 24 hours by playing music with various highs & lows at about 75% volume before you wear them. That way, the speakers don't blow when you blast them and you won't get that really annoying high pitched noise you can get from some songs.

Very surprised at the quality of these little earbuds with microphone, firstly these earphones fit amazingingly. I guess I overlooked the detail of how these earphones fit down into the ear at an angle more or less. The ear buds actually soft silicone piece goes in like the ear canal is shaped instead of just covering the entrance. The earphones result is a much more comfortable fit especially for a longer period of time and once you select the proper size of silicone pieces(they come with 2 extra sizes)these earphones remarkably lessen outside sound. This in turn produces a richer sound especially for something recorded in stereo. My thinking was to get an average to good pair of earbuds with microphone it would cost me at least 20.00-25.00, not so with these. Very happy I took a chance on something cheaper but delivered quality. Out go the oversized hard ear buds that wouldn't stay in, to these wired headphones wonderful ones.

I just received these apple earbuds with microphone headphones and was very excited to test them out. I have a few other cheap wired Apple headphones from Sony, Logitech and one other that I forgot. Anyways, so reading all the reviews before buying these my expectations were kinda high, and all I gotta say, HOLY S#^@! Absolutely amazing sound! Cannot believe I bought these for under $10! I am asian and so I have alot of music with female and male vocals who have great voice and so tested a few of them and was just blown away by the clarity! I tested some techno, rock and Eiffel 65, which have always been my choice for testing headphones. The bass, mids, and even lows are absolutely distinctive. The bass just perfect! I say if you are in for a cheap pair of headphones, in fact, generally a good pair of headphones without breaking the bank, I gotta say look no further. THIS IS IT! BUY IT!

I got these apple earbuds with microphone to use with my laptop while watching movies. First thing I noticed was the engines of the Star Ship Enterprise, not only can I hear these apple earbuds headphones now but I can hear the apple earbuds headphones subtle changes in them. I have been watching this series for weeks and never noticed things like this apple earbuds headphones with my other headphones. The ear buds sounds of crickets and birds stand out now too, I find myself thinking hey, where did all these apple earbuds headphones new sounds come from, The sound is Great! the details and background sounds are amazing and clear. I just do not know how to describe the difference these headphones make. Great product at a great price, glad I bought 2 and may even pick up a few more for friends and family.
