We purchased this machine in July for the smart card capability
We purchased this machine in July for the smart card capability. Now we find out that it is outdated by our processor and it has never processed a smart card. October 1st was the deadline for having to use smart card capabilities, three months after purchase and now it is not able to be updated. Refunds were available for 30 days and the company will not refund our money or update to a currently usable machine.
