I'm so happy to see there are no complaints about this product because what could there possibly be to complain about? You get one THOUSAND of these rubber clutches for less than 5 bucks!!! I guess there is the fact that you don't find out that these ship from China until you go to check out but still, there is no way to get around the price vs quantity! Waiting three weeks to get a deal like this seems more than well worth it to me. Plus, as someone else mentioned these work amazingly well not just for wire wrap earrings but for pretty much any type of earring. I actually prefer these to the metal clutches that come with post style earrings, even if they happen to be made from a precious metal. Not only are they comfortable but they really do a great job of keeping your earrings safely in your ears because they don't just slip.I have one piece of advice to anyone who purchases these and that is to keep your hundreds (and hundreds and hundreds...lol) of extras in a dark place away from light, especially sunlight so that they do not turn yellow. A lot of prescription bottles are UV safe so that's one idea but really if you don't mind the package, just keep it/them tucked away in a dark drawer in a sealed bag or other container and they should be fine for a very long time.I did notice that in the description where it says "Product discontinued by manufacturer" the answer is yes but obviously this seller still has lots of these since there's no "hurry there's only 'x' number left" listed on the product page.

Took three weeks to get these, but the low cost and nice quality of these earring backs made it worth the wait. I use these for my earrings with French wires to keep from loosing them. They work perfectly. They are super easy to put on. Easier to hold because of their shape. They stay in place. There are plenty of them to share with friends. You pay a fortune for these things at Claire's. I'm very happy with my purchase. Just hope these don't turn yellow over time. Time will tell.

These came a little too tight to put on my earrings easily, so I poked a couple dozen with a needle, and that helped. I won't poke the rest of them now but will keep some around for if/ when I lose them. Certainly a bargain, so I can't complain. But I would have liked fewer, with easier to use holes. The size of the plastic was good; the little ridge on one end made it easier to hold when using them.

These bullet safety backs for earrings are the best ever. I have struggled with the little round rubber backs for sometime now and am so glad I found these. I suffer with osteoarthritis in my fingers and it is very hard to pick up and hold onto small items. I constantly drop them or twist them in my fingers so they don't go on the earring post. These are bigger and the enlarged end gives me something to hang on to while getting them on the ends of my posts. LOVE LOVE THEM! Also you can adjust them for tightness against your ear much easier a with a better grip. I would recommend these over the small "barrel" backs anytime and I don't find them anymore noticeable, even though they are a little larger

These will do. They're smaller than I would like, and fitting them onto the back of a wire earring loop requires real force...but not enough to bend the wire, as is the case with some I've tried. They are quite small--about the size of a short-grained rice. There are somewhat larger, easier to use clear safety guards out there somewhere--I've gotten a pair or two with a new earring purchase--but I haven't found a source yet. Meantime, these will do. And it's hard to argue with the price.

This was my 2nd purchase of these. Functional. I don't lose earrings now. Almost invisible when worn. Good quality. Molded well. Soft plastic. Easy to threat on earring wires. I have not found any (not one - I am surprised) badly formed or lacking a hole. Shipped quickly. My 1st purchase was more than a year ago and those have not become loose, hardened or changed color with time. Thanks for a great product!

I think these are a great value. I admit that a few of them are a bit tight to fit around my wires, so I just toss those ones back in the bag or garbage. I mean really....there are 1000 in this package for $2.00. I am just not that nit picky to complain if a few don't fit on quite right.

These are great! I make jewelry and everyone I give these to they love it. I have replaced all of my earring backs with these. I have tremors and it's sometimes hard to hang on to little things such as earring backs, but I have no problem with these. I love them and will purchase again.
