easy to use but, In a picture battery is given but, no battery is given inside the accessory. But the product is gud after a month the product will not run properly

Just now I opened..after inserting the battery light and sound is coming but machine is not working..what is the use of purchasing this...now iam going to return this ..if you are not going refund my money am going to file complaint on your products..
