I have been taking this product for about 3 months now and could not be happier. I did a bunch of research on what vitamins/aminos would help me gain muscle, lose fat, have better workouts, etc. and L-arginine was always on someone's list. At first I thought it was a bit of a placebo effect but after a few weeks my energy did not die, i am having great workouts and in turn building muscle and losing weight faster than i'd imagine i would without it. Additionally, it has made a difference in vascularity. I am seeing flattering veins begin to pop that i had never seen before.

I take two of these every day with a few other supplements to help with blood flow and circulation. Been taking these for two years now and will continue to do so. Great value for the money they have made a difference in how ii feel.

Honestly, i wasn't expecting this to do that or i didn't know that a supplement like this would help with an issue i was having since YEARS ago. I bought this only thinking about the positive effects with the gym but it def helped down there too i was feeling a bit numb or having some pain after releasing, i was suspecting that it could be due to blood circulation problems, and it was confirmed after i started using this, everything is perfect again! Even i get stronger er-ec-ti-ons now, this thing works def if you think/suspect that you have circulation issues. Will buy again for sure.

Needed a boost at work after feeling like my endurance was taking a hit 🎯 However, upon trying these I did feel a little of a difference boost wise but what came with it was unexpected.I started experiencing nausea that comes and goes. Gave a 3 star rating for the side effects I experienced and the fact it just isn't for me but it does work.

This stuff is great! After a couple weeks of consistent use i noticed my mood and energy at work is improved. Also gives me great pumps at the gym.

Update- filled out the form to get the free bottle. Nothing. Not a good thing on the part of the company.The product increases blood flow. Feel a little bloated probably because I am sedentary due to work. Feet and hands feel swollen. Faint but ever present headache but has gone away as I take one cap for every 12 hours.Product does what what the literature says. Some muscles do show vitality as advertised. Hard to measure athletic performance. Everyone reacts differently to the product. I started with 3 a day.. worked my way down to one and half a day and all the initial reactions (headache, limbs feeling a little swollen) have subsided the benefits remain. Stacking with Tribulus soon.
