Required a compact tyre inflator to keep in the car for emergency use with both car and trailer. This Ring RTC1000 is light and compact with a storage bag included, takes up very little room in the boot. It is plastic and quite lightweight but that does not appear to affect performance.The cable winds away similar to an extension cable. Cable is quite long and reaches all of my tyres from the front 12v power socket. The trailer had to be brought alongside the car – if my boot 12v socket was working then this wouldn’t have been required but it will be for those without a boot socket.Noise level is what I would expect from a portable inflator, no louder than any others that I’ve had.The connector is a screw on type and as I’d never used one before I bought an adaptor to change it to the lever/clip-on style. I shouldn’t have bothered as I found the screw type is much easier to use for me.The digital display is large enough and easy to read.Easy push button operation. The pump has auto stop function when it reaches the set pressure limit. Also, if your tyre is already at the set pressure, the device does not start. It inflated my trailer tyre from completely flat to 60 psi within a few minutes.The built-in light is a good touch and appears bright enough to be able to see what you’re doing at night. Also, comes with a set of adaptors for bikes etc and spare dust caps, again a nice touch.All in all, very happy with the device and a decent price.

My previous six year old streetwize air compressor wasn't working well - over hearting issue and last week it gave up. I borrowed this ring compressor from one of my neighbours and bang I liked it instantly.I ordered this which has a few more options eg you can release the air (deflate) by simply pressing a small button on the tip of the nozzle.It stops automatically when it reached the set PSI/bar pressure.Large LCD screen and a LED light for those stuck in dark times. I used it to inflate a large tyre and it topped it up fairly soon and there was no hearing issue.LCD digital screen is easy to use, just set the desired pressure and it will do the job. Best investment so far.The charge plugs goes into 12Volts charger in the car. Wind up the cable and it's neat and tidy little device. You don't need to go a air pressure pump and pay £1.50 for each time you top up air in the tyres. Do it at home and it will return its value within a couple of years. I bought two, one for my each car.

This is a good tyre inflator! It operates quietly compared to some, a turn of the dial sets the pressure, it inflates quite quickly, it has an easy to read display, and comes with a zip case.The only negatives I can find it that the storage of the hose is poor. If using the side storage holes you can put quite a lot of strain on the hose, so I tend to leave it partly uncoiled as it still fits in the zip case, although a bit snug!

I’m genuinely impressed with the Ring RTC1000 digital tyre inflator. It’s incredibly easy to use, and the digital pressure gauge is very accurate. I especially appreciate the memory function and how quick the inflation process is – it took under 2 minutes per tyre!The preset target pressure feature is brilliant; I just set it to my desired value and it automatically stops once reached. The built-in LED light is a nice touch for night use, and the carry case makes storage simple and tidy. The cable and hose length are also more than enough to reach all tyres comfortably.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, compact, and efficient tyre inflator to keep in the car!

This one is really nice, but it has one disadvantage: It is analogue. I would prefer a digital one, which is more precise, as this one tyre pressure goes a bit up or down when inflating a car tyre.

Fabulous pump and the price is excellent. Got for emergencies as it fits in spare wheel well as it’s so small. Prefer the analog dial display. The power lead is just long enough to get the pump to all four wheels on a standard car. Recommended

As described on the box this item is everything I expected from it.I'd definitely have another.The only disappointment was that the price had gone down by about £5.00 a few days later!

More powerful than my last pressure machine. Has the different fittings for ball and tyre. Pressure guage is not digital but an accurate. Easy to use and store
