Zanies 20 x Cat Toy Rainbow Fur Mice That Rattle

I foster for a cat rescue. I've had hundreds of foster cats go through here in the past 10 years. And rattle mice (along with bell balls, springs, and catnip mice) are one of the standard toys that nearly everyone seems to love. I've tried different brands, and Zanies are, hands down, the best of the bunch. They're fairly durable for this sort of toy, and the rattle is good and strong.Are they durable enough to last years? No, of course they're not. And they do color water if they land in a water bowl. (No cat yet has been harmed by drinking the colored water, as far as I know.) But all in all, this is the top of the heap for this type of toy.

These mice are the best!! My 2 year old cat and my 10 year cat LOVE these. It is hard to find a furry mouse with a rattle. These are perfect. My younger cat bats these around all day. She has removed the fur coat off of a few of these and the plastic body underneath securely encases the rattle. Great purchase...well worth the money and the fact that you get 20 mice is great. Somehow my cat loses or hides all of these in the timespan of a year. We are still finding these mice under the stove and washer/dryer.

Our cats love these. I've been getting these for 8 years. The cats like to pull their tails off. Crazy

These are the only cat toy my cat will play with. She bats them all around and has a grand time. She loves that they rattle but do not make any loud noise. I highly recommend these.

Overall these mice are great.Pros:They rattle, they are covered in soft fur and have the leathery tails cats like to eat off.Price is great at ~$0.60 each they are much cheaper then at the local pet store. I typically see these same mice for $1 or $2 at the petstore.Cons:Extremely bright colors, I am slightly worried about the dyes they use.A few did not rattle, it seems the quality control on the substance used to make the rattling noise is hit and miss. A few were empty, a few had only a few pieces, but most were filled well.I am happy with my purchase.

My cats love these. The only qualm with durability isn’t on the manufacturer, rather my kitties! They constant knock them under furniture/appliances that are seldom reached! Haha. The pink ones bleed if you need to wash them. Actually, they all bleed but the pink ones bleed a lot, in terms of their dye running.

My cat loves these toys. I try to buy them every time Amazon has them in stock but I’m a little disappointed...The mice have a tag sticking out of every single one which you can’t take out without the other end getting stuck leaving a pokey plastic piece protruding out of it. My cat loves to play fetch with them and I’m not so sure she will now. Also, the packaging is so lack luster...they used to come in a cute cheese cardboard cut out :(

My two kittens love these little rattle mice. They play with them all the time and we even use them for fetch. They are durable and withstand repeated dunking in the water dish. One cat does like to work to pull the tails off though. I can’t have enough of these mice in the house as they are the favorite toy for the cats to hide in a secret spot that I have not yet found.
