This product works very, very well & remains in place with an impressive hold all day into the next w/o the need for reapplying. I only noticed white residue when it is mixed with something else. So be sure you are not using anything else on your hair like oil, or even water.

I’ve been using this product for some years and it has a great hold especially for curly thick hair my edges last all day even with the humidity in Houston

It works perfectly for my hair type and also smells so incredibly good.

When I first used this on my 4c edges it worked! And worked for the first week. After that though i noticed white flakes appearing in my hair after 7 hours of school. This still works and I still recommend.

This is the best edge control product for 4c hair I have come across yet. Holds in place very well , especially followed by gel. Will hold in place for hours it’s amazing

4 c hair dealing with Fl humidity. It is the best edge control I have used out of several, holds my edges for a solid 6 hours or so. A win is a win, I will keep this stocked. I always get complimented on how good it smells when out rather than how good it holds, interestly.

Smells amazing nice little jar and you get a lot for the amount I paid haven't tried it out because it's for someone else that's why the 4 stars with update later on!!

Please tell me why there was a finger that had been inside it already? That’s actually disgusting, you should not be selling items that are already used as brand new. And there was little dirt particles in it. Waste of my money and time, I’m glad I got a refund.

I bought this pomade as I could not find the pink jar with the pink lid, brown pomade version as that one works perfectly. I had to use this one as the one I wanted is hard to find anywhere. It does slick the hair as for super hold, I’m not to sure about that. My hair is fine and natural, within a few hours, my hair slowly started to loose it’s hold. I find this product quite pricey, the jar is also deceiving as when you open it, it’s inside another little part of the jar so you loose out on the full amount.

I had high hopes for the product and I applied it to clean hair, it was so flaky when it dried up, so embarrassing 😭

Was not impressed, it seems more like vasaline then a holding gel. Nevertheless, it worked well on my retwist when doing my locs that's why a gave the review 3 stars.

i’ve tried so many gels on my hair and this is literally the only one that works . thick and fool proof for seamless slicked edges. if it’s raining i would recommend being scarce with the amount you apply as when this product gets wet it turns white.
