These really work to cushion a blister! After numerous days at Disney World, I put one on the side of a toe where a blister was starting. It felt a little weird at first but after I put on a sock I didn't feel the bandage at all. I wore it all day and it didn't move or slide around. I used another one the next day, and again I couldn't notice the bandage. My sister also used one on the side of her foot where her shoe rubbed it raw with a little bleeding. These are great!
