Is it fit to all Compasses ¿

I'm not sure if for all of them but it does work for my compass from the STAEDTLER 55060S9A6 Silver & Blue School Math Set pack.

Will Mr. Pen compass leads fit in Fiskkars protractor?

While I cannot say from experience, if it holds a standard compass lead, it will fit.

I have an older Riefler drafting set and there is room for leads; I nned to know what the plastic tube/case dimensions are ?

They come in little plastic cases that are 1 7/16 tall, 13/16 wide and 5/16 deep. I can send a picture but I don't know how to upload it to this answer.

What is the hardness, e.g., HB, 2B, etc ?

I don't see anything on the label but they seem relatively soft, like a number 2 pencil. Definitely not a hard lead.

super old compass, glad to find replacement lead

100 pieces of lead is a lot but it was less expensive than smaller quantities elsewhere. Quality seems fine. Fit for the compass was my worry, the lead fit width wise but was a tiny bit long. I used nail clippers to nip off the unsharpened side a bit and perfect. Yay! My son is enjoying making perfect circles on his math homework and also just for fun with plenty of lead to last indefinitely...…:)
