ACDelco Gold 16-806G (12487192) Spark Plug Wire Set

When I received these I was a bit frustrated that they were 7mm wires. I thought about sending them back but the price for these was so good I figured I'd use them for a few thousand miles. After installing, I was happy with the fit and the vehicle turned on immediately. Took a trip totaling a bit over 300 miles and my highway mileage was up from 18 to 22. Either these are really good plug wires or my previous ones were worn out (or both). I only had the previous off-brand ones on for 20K+ miles so they should have still been good, although they seemed more universal since they were a bit on the long side and had nowhere near the fit of these ones. Anyhow, no radio noise and great response with them. A+

I installed these on a Jeep 4 litre. The quality is excellent and the fit is first class. Couldn't have made these wires any better. They followed the factory wire routing perfectly. The 7mm diameter fits the wire looms as well. I have found that marking the old wires with numbers at the distributor cap before you remove the cap and wires from the engine helps with correct positioning of firing order. Just remove one wire from the removed cap and match the length with the new wire. Then reinstall old wires back on the cap for reference when you install to the plugs.

Fit perfectly and definitely perform better than my other cheap replacements I ordered just a few weeks ago from another company.

The wires in this set aren't numbered like some high end sets are so it took a bit of figuring out and internet searches to get them installed in the proper order. They went on easily and look good installed. Engine runs smoothly with these wires and new plugs, They come with dielectric grease in the boots but I added a bit more to make them easier to remove when it comes time for new spark plugs.

First spark plug wire change in 150,000 miles. Wire kit was perfect fit to originals. Red color look nice against black valve cover. Stayed with the recognizable AC/Delco brand. Happy with purchase.
