I just did the second workout on the low impact HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) disc and it kicked my butt just like the first workout on the disc did earlier this the week. I am a 43 year old male in reasonably good shape. I am about to retire from military service and after years of my morning physical fitness training already being pre-determined, I am excited to be able to pick and choose the things I want to do with my morning exercise. For about 6 months now I've been trying different programs. This set ranks right up there with my other favorites so far... Tony Horton's P90 (No way I could say how much I love this program in just a few sentences) and Shaun T's Focus T-25 (I started with this program and wouldn't recommend it as the first one you get into... it took me awhile to build up the stamina to keep up for most of the 25 minutes) So Cathe's first disc has two different about 30 min workouts and two different about 10 min ab workouts. The first workout she has you doing things like a dixie cup shuffle (shuffle to the right place one cup down, shuffle to the left place the other cup down, then shuffle back and forth to pick them back up and you continue to repeat at a fast pace.) There are 7 premixes to choose from on the disc. You can do routine one and routine two combined (50 min) or you can do the first half of workout one with the second half of workout two and so forth... The bonus is there is nothing annoying in the way the program is presented or the way she addresses you during the workout. Awesome and definitely worth the $$$

I'm in pretty good shape and this thing had me gasping for ...
Holy Mother of God! This woman is a beast. I just got this and tried the HIIT PLIYO one workout. WOW! I'm in pretty good shape and this thing had me gasping for air. It's a killer workout. I've only done one of the workouts but I have a feeling they're all going to whip my behind. Mamma mia!

Great Videos
I have several of Cathe's videos, and I have not be disappointed. The Ripped with Hiit series are definitely challenging. I love the variation of weights and cardio and I am never bored. I have been exercising since I was 14 (44 now), and there are moves in these videos I have never done before. Cathe is the best!

Great!
As always Cathe is great - I have only done the lower body HiiT, but the workout is very well rounded. I like the way she has built the workout where you do most of the exercised with weights and has inserted high intensity exercises to keep the heart rate up. Cathe is motivating and her team is also great - they sync well together.

Excellent Program
I love, love, love this program! I was a little leary this program would not hold up to the likes of Insanity, but boy was I wrong! I am challenged in every single workout. I really enjoy the incorporation of the step. I will definitely buy more of Cathe's programs.

This an an excellent video. I do a lot of exercise videos and love the different take on a lot of the exercises on this one. I am 45 years old and have been working out daily for over 2 years. There videos are enjoyable and challenging.
