Q: Reviews are mixed versions of many coffees making it impossible to make sense?

In response to Copper Moon: This may be true, but that's because you have every coffee you sell under one listing. If you had listings for each flavor, each review would be fore that specific flavor. I understand it's probably more work on your part, but it would help anyone who are curious about a specific taste and don't want to sift through 4,000 reviews to find 3 that either do, or do not, recommend that flavor.

Q: What’s the difference in time between roasting and shipping?

Hello, Thank you for your interest in Copper Moon Coffee. Our coffees are very fresh when delivered to your doorstep. We roast small batches every day and we have a process that removes all of the oxygen from the bag or K-cup. By removing all of the oxygen the coffee stays as fresh as the day it was roasted, so when you open and brew the coffee you're experiencing the best possible cup of coffee. The amount of time it takes from when we roast the coffee to arriving at your door can vary but typically it's only several weeks, we maintain inventory levels at Amazon's distribution centers for 1 month or less and then we replenish with fresh coffee.
