Must have for surgery or any medical procedure
I was recommended to get Arnica from a Facebook group I am in as I had Tummy Tuck Surgery and some lipo on my legs done. Hard to say how I would have been without the Arnica, but my nurse at my two follow ups with impressed with the lack of bruising that I had. I do really think it helped and ordered another bottle when I ran out. Good to take a couple days before to get it in your system. Will for sure be using when I get lip injections as well!

Miracle For Bruising
I had a face, neck and a bi lateral eyelift. I started taking these 2 says before my surgery and I have never been so happy with a purchase in my life!! This product is simply a miracle. I got my face beat up by surgery but the next day, the bruising literally started disappearing. Instead of two weeks before I can go out and it's more like 9 days what's a little cover up. If you want get out of the house early, GET THIS PRODUCT. P.s. I also use the Arnicare bruise gel

AMAZING PRODUCT!!
I purchased this product with the hope that it would help post surgery and boy am I glad I did!!! This product helped to reduce my bruising and swelling and as result, I'm sure I'll be able to cut down on my recovery time significantly!! Wooo Hooo! I'm so happy with the product and highly recommend it.

Yesssssssss maaaaammmmm
I love it. I am one week post op and all my bruising has almost disappeared. I also think my pain could be worse given into account of what I had done! This is an awesome product. I also recommend the gel and creme for scars.

Recomended after an quirurgic intervention
Recommended for recovery after an operation, especially after a cesarean section. It helps to relieve bruising, swelling or muscle soreness

Not sure it helped me as much as others
It definitely helps with bruising, bruising after liposuction immediately begin to go away however my swelling is pretty severe.

Great product for anyone having surgery
I used these in conjunctions with the sublingual Arnica pellets and it worked great for my eye surgery. I started taking these 3 days prior to surgery and still taking them a week and a half post surgery. I believe that taking this regiment increased my speedy recovery time. I was out and about after 5 days of having my eyelids done. highly recommend!

Seriously amazing!
Seriously amazing stuff. It’s a must have for my surgery. So so so glad I had it. Got it before surgery so I could start taking the day after surgery. It’s was a life saver
