New Scooter
I recently picked up the NanRobot to replace my Glion Scooter. I wanted something faster with suspension and more features. The NanRobot seems to deliver on all except for the advertised top speed. Yes it’s faster than the Glion but the top speed isn’t what’s advertised. I’ll use it tomorrow to commute and in a few weeks update my reviewUpdateThe scooter has held up well , has around 25 miles now and no problems. The only negative I have is it’s a little heavy and cumbersome. The suspension is smooth and the lights are bright. For the money you can’t go wrong

It's nice, but I feel it could be better.
Dislikes: the ignition casing doesn't stay, it's loose presumably to help with storage, but it just looks off. I'll likely hot glue it together so it doesn't look like crap. The battery leaves something to be desired, as when it is on 2/5 bars the Accel and Max speed are less, as well as the ability to do inclines. The battery drops to 2/5 bars after 5 miles on a generally flat surface. I will do a complete test by running this to empty to see how many miles/km are actually achieved on a battery at some point in the coming weeks.Pros: solid speed on flat surfaces. I'm 220 lbs and I get around just fine. I'm moving at at-least 15 mph which is nice.Unsure: I don't know the difference between slow, med, high for "modes". I always keep it on high for presumably the most torque and speed but I have been unable to confirm its purpose.Overall, I like it but I feel it could be more especially for the cost. If I can upgrade the tires to be bigger for more torque/speed, and maybe Daisy chain some batteries to give it better life, it would be fantastic.

This is really a well built unit
I like most things about this scooter. My wife uses it for work, but after 1 month the handle bars have a lot of play in them even when locked into place which is unexpected and does not have any adjustments to fix it.

It's good for it's money
I ride it every work day to my work 10-14 miles one way, recharge it while working, even if i have almost half battery left. But if you keep it fully charged it rides faster especially uphill and I have many of those on my way. Whoul'd be helpful to have turning signals on it. bad quality screws after 3 month almost impossible to tight them up, but it has to be done frequently, now I have to find new ones. The engine inside a rear wheel and no rear suspension makes it really bad on uneven surfaces, but have to say it survived really bad accidents. When it's rain or wet road and leftovers of dirt, dirt will get in the rear wheel which means the engine as well and it's done, but i've been lucky to take it apart and clean it, after that it rides already for 2 months since then, but all those screws and bolts cheaply made was worst thing in disassembling it and putting it back together. After all I love things like that and will ride it till it's alive. Next one I'll buy more expensive and more friendly to fixing. It does it's work also it saved me an hour every day roundtrip to work and compensated almost all the money for it's cost as I would have to pay for MTA in New-York anyway to travel to work. Bad memory, once I fell and twisted my knee and it hurts for two month but it was only my mistake of course. So be careful brakes are pretty bad on this one, and on wet surfaces you will lose control if you go fast. DO NOT DO THAT!

Happy with my purchase
IF YOU BUY THIS SCOOTER CHECK YOUR BOLTS!! I was going around 20mph earlier today and had my front tire go sideways on me because the nut at the end fell of sometime during the ride. You should probably check them at least once a week to prevent this from happening to you.Besides this I do really like this scooter. I am a bigger guy (around 220) and it does fairly well. I am getting speeds around 20 mph on flat ground. If you are buying one as your sole commuter I would get one that has a little more power to get up hills.Pros-Great valueLooks goodHas a brake light and headlightPerforms as describedConsI really don’t love the rear tire (solid wheel) however having an air-filled front tire and solid back tire works fine.Other than that I am happy with my purchase. I have around 50 miles on it and I’m hoping to put on a lot more!

scooter is awesome!!! needs better documentation.
got the scooter and found out that to activate the scooter you have to press the lightning bolt on the remote 2x (support said just once, but accidentally found it was 2x ) and the the scooter turned on.Had to adjust the brakes, they adjust differently than I was familiar with, but once done the scooter is fantastic. I mean AMAZING!!!!I might get another one! it if fun, stable, reliable and lots of capacity.I would suggest the seat if you are over 5'11" as the dual motor drive can really move and it gets sketchy over 35 MPH.I am 315lbs, accelerated from 15 mph to 25 mph up a really step hill. powerful, fast, stable, keeps going. The ONLY downside... it is heavy, but that is also what keeps it stable at high speed.
