Works as expected
It was nice to be able to get just the replacement cable so I could continue to use the intervalometer that I'd been using with a different-model camera.

Works fine with a Canon T3i
I connected a Canon T3i to a TW283 wireless remote receiver using this cable and I was able to control the camera shutter with the TW283.

The cable works with any receiver
So the idea was to just purchase the cable for the Pixel-TW-283 for Sony that I'd purchase back in 2017 and review the unit until 2019. So the plan was to buy the cable and use this canon cable on the Sony receiver "which is not" The receiver is multi-functional and can be used for all cameras. The cable was what I needed to make this work and it did work as I knew it will work. So the cable works as intended and if you are looking for another option to not purchase another whole unit, then this is the best way to do so. you only need the cable design for the camera. You can look at thepandaphotographer Pixel-TW283 Hack video on YT.

Well made and works as expected
This is a good quality replacement cable for your Pixel Shutter. The connectors are sturdy. I haven't had any misfires. The price is fair.

Worked for a little bit, then was unreliable
This is for the Canon 3.5mm to N3 connection on a Canon R5. It worked fine a couple of times, then became unstable.Seems its in the N3 connecting head itself as I could get it to work if I reconnected the cable a few times, but then it would just stop connecting again. Did not matter if wireless or directly wired to the trigger.Got a different cable and the Pixel remote system worked fine.Perhaps the particular cable I received was just bad, but I decided to buy a different brand cable after that.

Works to adapt neewer remote to a camera other than the one you bought it for
I purchases a neewer remote for use with Canon cameras, and then I borrowed a Nikon from work. This cable allowed me to use the remote/intervalometer with the Nikon.
