Excellent value for money.
When I bought this hoover it was a brilliant buy. It is light weight, so it's easy to lift and carry around. It's motor is very good, it picks up all the pet hairs and fluff, so has really good suction. It's straight forward and easy to use and has a long hose to make doing the stairs easier. Very good value for money.

Rubbish hoover
Rubbish! After reading the poor reviews I decided to chance it. Having used the previous ‘pure power’ model for 20 years and it seemingly does exist any more. This enigma model is absolute rubbish it has no suction and just clogs up. Don’t waste your money!! I’ll take more note of bad reviews from on. The people weren’t wrong!

Dangerous. Burning smell and smoke.
After a few months, the first one I ordered developed a burning smell. Hoover sent me a replacement - which developed a burning smell and then began to smoke.DO NOT BUY. THIS PRODUCT SHOULDN'T BE FOR SALE.Apart from that - the suction is terrible. Bought an Amazon Basics vacuum instead and the suction is great.

Doesn't frighten the cats
Lightweight and relatively quiet with a somewhat dinky feel to it. The upright works surprisingly well, but the suction on the hose is barely adequate. The hose is supposed to reach 13 steps, but when stretched to the 13th step, it makes an unpleasant whisting noise. So all the quietness is ruined just as you reach the bedroom area.I like this design of vaccuums from Hoover and find it the easiest to use. This one is lighter than the older models and is bordering on being just a tiny tennsy weensy bit too light. Great if you don't want to wake your cat. My cats are terrified of vaccuums, but ignore this one.

Not well engineered.....plastic and inferior to competitors. Very poor service from supplier sStill-waiting for return carriage return

Very satisfied
Was delivered within a day of ordering. More than happy with Hoover. Good suction power, easy to use and very quiet compared to other hoovers. So nice having a bagged hoover again.
