I found a huge improvement in the strength of my fingernails using this product within a month or so. My hairdresser asked me what product I was using on my hair after three months of use. I had to stop and think as I had not changed any hair products. I then realised that the sulphur had improved my hair condition as well. She had noticed that my hair condition was better and shinier. I have good skin but I do get lots of good comments on that. I always eat healthy but this product is great. Organic sulphur is found in raw vegetables but if you don't eat enough raw food then you would benefit from this.
