Very Expensive and didn’t work for me.
At the suggestion of the tile company, I purchased this to seal my cement tiles. Three coats were recommended. This sealer is extremely toxic and flammable. Sealing my tiles felt hazardous! Even after three coats, the cement tiles were still very porous and absorbed dirt like a sponge. The tiles currently look awful, and we’re trying to figure out how to save them.

The best sealer available
Hands down the best sealer. Use on my travertine driveway once every 3 years. Oil, battery acid etc. will just wash away with this product in place. Solvent based so fumes are not good, but outside application not a big problem.

Great sprayer!
We love this product. We bought it to use with our new air fryer and it’s working great. Sprays oil evenly and easily. No clogging.

This sealer works great on our Indiana limestone floors
This sealer works great on our Indiana limestone floors. I applied it with a four inch paint brush. It dries quickly and fumes dissipate quickly as well.

Not as great as advertised
Average quality sealer. We lay hundreds of feet of natural stone, and the sealer is OK, but nothing PRO and nothing HEAVY DUTY,. There are no miracle sealers contrary to what Dupont and Laticrete claims. Porous stone still grows algae and gets black, honed stones (travertine with leather finish) fare better. Please keep this in mind.
