Great clock with a fun design.
I got this clock to use in my bathroom where I have a tropical fish theme. It's a little pricier than some other options, but I mainly chose this design based on the colors allowing the clock to be more readable compared to some other designs. The clock was well packed and arrived in good condition, with nothing broken. I had to make a few tweaks to the minute and hour hands, though, so they would pass each other properly since the packing had somewhat mushed them together. The clock has standoffs in the back to make room for the clock mechanism, which sticks out a bit to accommodate the pendulum. However, mounting was easy: one hook in the wall and the clock easily attached to it via a horizontal toothed bar, like some picture frames have. The whole clock is ceramic, so it's got a bit of heft. As a result, you'll want to use a decent wall hanger for drywall. Even the little fish on the pendulum has some weight to it, so don't skimp out and use a cheap tack on hanger. As a result of the heft of the pendulum fish, it does swing a good amount and the rod does sometimes tap against the plastic stops on mechanism to control how far it goes. That can create a periodic tap sound that might bother some people if it's in the bedroom of a light sleeper. It doesn't bother me, since it's in a bathroom, so I haven't bothered to try adjusting the road to see if I can get it to avoid swinging too far.One thing about the design has me a bit torn. There are two little fish at the ends of the hour and minute hands. The way they face, it's designed so that they look like they're swimming in a circle around the numbers as time progresses. It's a nice touch, except it makes the position of the hands a bit more fuzzy as far as telling where exactly they're pointed. Having the noses of the fish pointed outward would make it more precise, but they wouldn't look they're "swimming" anymore and instead would appear to be moving sidewise around the clock face. This is one of those cases where art and function conflict a bit. However, as I look at it each day, I'm getting more used to reading it, so I'm inclined to not take off any points for it.Overall, I'm very happy. It seems to keep time well and looks great with the rest of the fish theme.

Fun and Bright
Absolutely love this clock. It's fun to look at and keeps me from losing track of the time while I'm working. I wasn't sure if the second hand would make a ticking sound. It does but it is not very loud and does not bother me at all when I'm in the room working. It makes me smile every time I look up at it. Love it.

Really cute as an art piece, kind of a pain as a clock. It's hard to read but you get used to looking at the fish on end of hands instead of hands themselves. The pendulum does make a light tocking sound which makes me think I have water dripping since clock is hung above sink. Would buy again with those caveats in mind.

Easily hung, goes great with our eclectic style and colors. Our friends had sent pictures of this new addition to there new house, and a family member wanted a to know where we got ours. Very versatile and fun addition to our decor.
