Had the pampered chef version of this, and loved it. This is exactly the same. A must have for parents with small kids, to cut up all of their food to itty bitty bits: spaghetti, pancakes. I love to put all of the ingredients for a salad in a big bowl with dressing. Then mix and chop all at the same time with this tool.

When it comes to cutting up lettuce, kale, etc., my wife says the double blade scissors with the spoon scoop is much better than traditional scissors. We took off one star because the little spring that helps separate the blades keeps coming off. Not a big problem, I should be able to fix that with some glue.

I mean, they work, but they're not great as far as the "reusable" part. I feel like I ha e to handle them fairly gently when I clean them off, bc I feel like I'm going to end up ripping them.

They work ok when actually cutting leafy greens. But, I was disappointed after hand-washing them last night to find the two screws which hold the blade to the plastic have already began rusting.Wash once, didn't use once and already rust? Disappointing.

Too big for stove

I was disappointed in the Salad Chopper. I find it much easier to cut salad with my kitchen shears. The scoop part of this chopper just get in the way.

Love this!!!! I bought this for my friend because I love mine so much she was jealous. Excellent for chopped salad and veggie prep.
