What is the percentage of Hyaluronic acid, since I noticed it is listed as the 4th ingredient?

There is no way the percentage is 5% as the manufacturer answered below. That's a lie because as Joel below me said, hyaluronic acid becomes a gel at higher percentages than 2%. Serums are never more than 1% or 1.5% HA because of this. I will definitely not purchase from this company because they're obviously lying to the consumer.

does this serum leave residues? I often experience residues with HA

I haven't noticed a residue. It does leave a film on your face until you add a moisturizer.

does this company test on animals? I see it says VEGAN- but is it also Cruelty Free?

I called Insta Natural and asked if they test on animals and they said they do not test on animals. I hope this puts your mind at ease. I am very pleased with their products.
