Not what's pictured, but it's a nice kit
Overall, it's a great kit with one important caveat: The kit that Amazon shows here is not what you're going to get. The kit Amazon shows is the AK04. This kit is no longer made and has been replaced by the AK4. There are two main differences: the kit they are now selling DOES NOT include speaker cable. However, it does include a mini-ANL fuse block rather than the old-school AGU fuseblock. The fuseblock you'll be getting in this kit is extremely compact and makes for a nice install. I can get speaker cable anywhere for very cheap, so that's not a big deal, so I consider it a wash.Basic rundown:Power and ground cables: Nice looking, with an attractive matte finish. Both are pre-terminated with ring terminals, so that's kinda nice. Ready to just through into the car.Remote lead: It's there if you use it. Lots of people don't bother as many amps these days have auto-turn on. Nothing much to say. It's just basic primary wire.RCAs: Kinda cheapish, but they'll do the job. DS-18 (available on Amazon as an add-on item) makes twisted RCAs for a very fair price and they're much nicer than these in every regard. If you need more RCAs, tack those on to this kit for your multi-channel amp.Odds and ends: a grommet, a few spade terminals and zip-ties. Eh, whatever.Basically, you're buying this for the power wire, RCA and fuseblock. You're going to have to add speaker wire to your purchase. It's nothing special, but for the very low price, I think it's a good deal. The mini-ANL fuse block pushes it above similarly priced kits that usually include an AGU or Maxi (ugh) fuse block.

Good wiring kit - get what you pay for
This is a good wiring kit - a buddy of mine purchased this same exact kit from Fry's (they listed it for $79.99 and had it on sale for $29.99) so I did some research and found it a lot cheaper on here. It's a good kit for the money, as long as you are not expecting a true 4 gauge wire. I got this for a pretty low powered amp and sub - which this is perfect for. The wires have a lot of very fine copper strands in them, making a cleaner sound transfer and a notch up from most cheap kits. If you are trying to power a bigger system I wouldn't go for this kit, but if you were going to buy a smaller wiring kit anyways, this would be a decent upgrade. For sure better than a 10 or 8 gauge set up, but if you want a true 4 I would look elsewhere. As long as you know what you're getting, which is a pretty decent kit and aren't expecting some overly-stellar kit you'll be good. The reason I gave it such high marks is due to the fact that for the price you get a great deal and it works well for my system.

Good Amp Kit
Pretty good Amp kit recommended too me by sonicelectronics. The wire is definitely not a 4/0 guage wire, but it is stranded tight with more material. It should work just fine for my audio needs. The kit has everything you need to install an amp and sub in your car. It also comes with speaker wire, but doesn't note the guage. Its either 14 or 16.Overall, this is a pretty good AMP kit. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it didn't label the wires well enough and there is no way to find out the guage of the speaker wire. The power wire may be 4 AWG, but it doesn't look like 4/0 AWG wire. There is a difference between the 2 if you don't know about cable sizes. This kit still works fine for me,

Great kit!
I've used this kit on my past 4 or 5 installs and love it. Has plenty of cabling to wire through out car and always handles the power draw fine. One disappointing feature is these new generation kits (different than whats pictured) do not come with speaker wire but they do come with a much more safer and advanced fuse. To me, still worth it for the value since speaker wire is dirt cheap. Will continue to use on future installs!

FOR THE PRICE YOU CANT GO WRONG
DECENT PRODUCT, PROS: INEXPENSIVE, POWER & GROUND CABLES HAVE THICK INSULATION AND A NICE TEXTURED FEEL TO THEM, PLENTY OF LENGTH @ 17 FT. CONS: CHEAP TERMINALS BUT THAT IS TO BE EXPECTED AT THE PRICE I BOUGHT THIS ITEM. OVERALL NICE AMP INSTALL KIT ESPECIALLY AT THE PRICE I PAID FOR IT. ANOTHER AWESOME EXPERIENCE WITH AMAZON, PACKAGED NICELY AND DELIVERED ON TIME BUT I NEVER DOUBTED ANY OF THIS. CANT GO WRONG WITH AMAZON.

Actually 4 gauge,u
I compared this kits 4 gauge wires(power, gnd)to lordco 4 gauge and surprisingly it's almost the same thickness.i wouldn't even say that is 7 gauge more like 7.5.description is wrg tho.no speaker wire.some ppl complained about getting a agu fuse holder not mini AFC holder which are the best other than a circuit breaker.mine kit had AFC holder with 60 amp fuse.rca cable blows.good tho if u need some good power/GND wire it's great price.i piece my wiring gear together cuz I've done my own systems since high school and know wuts good and ain't and this is definitely adequate for my 2 800 watt & 1 600 watt amps with 4 farad capacitor

Not 4g
This isn't 4g. It's 6 at best. However, we get what we pay for so it's ok.

Ground is a bit short.
Worked fine for a better price than anywhere local. Things I didnt like were 3ft for ground was quite short, an extra 2ft would of been awesome, and for the online fuse holder I am very skeptical of how good the connection really is. Either way would purchase again for the price I'm okay with it.

Buyer beware
Bought this is May/2017 and while I don't have a whole lot of experience with amp kits I knew there was no way this would be good for 1600 watts but I didn't need that much anyways so was not too worried.Fast forward to a week ago and I smelled a burning smell and lo and behold I checked and it was melted all to hell at the fuse right beside the battery no less.Same price you can get a true 4-gauge from Knu-Koncepts, do it and don't look back.Got the Knu Koncepts today, rated for 1000 Watts and it is noticeably a thicker wire then this install bay chinese garbage.
